Henry Krinkle - Stay

This is great. I was a bit hesitant because of the length but it doesn't outstay its welcome at all, and doesn't play to the original mix tendencies I tend to dislike. Quite a few listens on I'm still being impressed by new elements of the production, restrained and building in all the right ways, and such a unique palette of sounds! The release when the 'you give me a feeling's come in at 2:42 is wonderful, though not nearly as satisfying when not listening start to finish, as I just found :P The vocal samples from "Un-Thinkable (I'm Ready)" probably could've been anything and made no difference (although that chopped up bit of vocal following the 'you give me a feeling's sounds vaguely like 'Krinkle', for some fun self-hype!), but I like the choice because it's a track I've always liked, and not at all an obvious pick. Much like Sir Felix on "Hope", this has gotten me really looking forward to hearing more music from Henry Krinkle, whoever he may be.
