Madonna feat. Nicki Minaj & M.I.A. - Give Me All Your Luvin'

Okay, so it's not as bad as the stupid spelling in the title and the ridiculously out of place featuring credits made me expect it to be, but it's still not very good. The verses are quite solid and could form part of a very strong pop track, if you exclude the cheerleading of "LUV Madonna" which is just stupid and makes it seem like Madonna wants to be Avril Lavigne who also won't act her age. But the verses lead into a dull and uninteresting chorus which ruins the flow of the whole song. And though Nicki Minaj only stinks up the track for a short time, she's still wildly out of place. Dance-pop doesn't need some abrasive skank rapping about who knows what. Well, unless you're over fifty and you haven't had a hit for a few years and so you're desperately seeking some form of relevance to the youth of the world. But even then, get someone to feature who actually fits your style of music. Or better yet, don't, and stand on your own two feet for your "comeback" single. Pluck out the desperate manouevres later if you need them. And not content with Minaj, there's also M.I.A. and I just have no idea at all why she's there.

So yeah, a possibly passable pop track is ruined by out of place raps and stupid cheerleading, and just comes off as reeking desperately for attention or relevance. Fan or not, I could have at least respected Madonna if this song had been different, but I can't respect this or her the way it is. 2.5
